As we approach our 250th anniversary as a country, we are at a major crossroads. Many of the things we have always held most dear are under attack—the idea that government works for the people (instead of for the billionaires), the idea that everyone deserves an opportunity to get ahead in life, and the idea that no one, not even our leadership, is above the law.
Several years ago, I served in the US Navy as an aviator, flying planes on and off aircraft carriers. At that time, I swore an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. When I see what the current administration is doing to tear down everything I fought to defend, I am reminded of that oath, and I am determined to fight back.​
We must rise to the challenge presented to us. We need a Representative who will defend everyday Americans. We need real solutions to real problems. And we need someone who will stand up to a wannabe dictator rather than be a rubber stamp for the agenda of an out-of-control President.
I was taught in the Navy that with hard work, a clear plan, and bold leadership we could achieve even the most difficult objectives. Here on this website I offer you my plan. I’m certainly not afraid of hard work. And with your help I believe we can achieve the difficult but necessary goal of rebuilding American government, so that our country is once again a shining example of the very best of what we can be.
